1. Scope of Services
Self-Serve packages include consulting, workflow reviews, and action plans as described on the purchase page. Deliverables are advisory in nature unless expressly stated otherwise.
Terms of Service
2. Payment & Scheduling
Full payment is taken via PayPal at booking time. Tailored Labs will contact you within one business day to schedule the session. Sessions must be scheduled within 60 days unless agreed in writing.
3. Reschedule & Refunds
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows (no cancellation, no attendance) are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, designate a primary contact, and attend the sessions on time with prepared materials. Tailored Labs is not responsible for outcomes if information is withheld or inaccurate.
5. Confidentiality & IP
We treat shared information as confidential. Advisory deliverables remain Tailored Labs’ intellectual property; you receive a non-exclusive license to use documents internally.
6. Liability
Tailored Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for a package is limited to the amount paid for that package.
