Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

All Self-Serve consulting packages are prepaid and include advisory time reserved specifically for you. Refunds are considered only within the rules below.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. The new session date must be within 60 days of purchase.

3. Cancellations

Cancel more than 24 hours before the session and you may reschedule or request a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours and we retain 50% of the session fee to cover the reserved time.

4. No-shows

No-shows (no cancellation and no attendance) are non-refundable. Future bookings may require additional fees.

5. Processing refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
